Algeria offers to purchase 240,000 T of corn, barley and soybean meal

On Thursday, European traders reported that the Algerian state agency ONAB had issued international tenders for up to 240,00 metric tons animal-feed corn and 35,000 tons feed barley. The deadline to submit price proposals in tenders is this Friday, January 17.

European traders reported on Thursday that the Algerian state agency ONAB was believed to not have purchased any corn in an auction which ended on Tuesday. The tender called for 240,000 metric tonnes of corn, to be sourced exclusively from Argentina or Brazil.
