Konecranes' Goliath gantry crane for Engevix Construções Oceânicas (‘Ecovix’) arrives at Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil. With a combination lifting capacity of 2,000 tons and rail span of 210 meters, the crane is the biggest Goliath gantry crane in the world. Sea Acceptance Tests (SAT) for final delivery of eighth Landing Craft Tank (LCT) vessel built by Anadolu Shipyard (ADK) completed satisfactorily. The eighth vessel (TCG Ç-158) LCT will be ready to be delivered on August 29th 2012, having completed its Sea Acceptance Test.
