WRSystems Wins Navy Contract up to $140M
W R Systems, Ltd. (WRSystems) has been awarded a $26,946,956 contract from the U.S. Navy to provide engineering technical support services for navigation systems in the U.S. and abroad.
Biggest Boat Wrap
"I believe it is the largest boat wrap ever," said Image Monster owner Jed McDonough as he surveyed the QuadZeus, a 60-ft power sportsfish boat in Charleston, S.C. Image Monster, a Wilmington, N.C., large-format print and graphic design studio, wrapped the boat in a custom design by graphic designer Zach Shaeffer, who utilized original drawings by renowned Wilmington marine artist Steve Goione. The QuadZeus wrapped from bow to stern participated in the boat show turning heads wherever it went.
U.S. Navy Releases Pricing for LCS3 & 4

OTAL Adds Hamburg to West Africa Schedule
On 26 November 2009, the container ship CMA CGM Iguacu called at the Port of Hamburg as part of the expanded sailing schedule for the Nigeria Express liner service operated by the OT Africa Line (OTAL). Hamburg is included for the first time in this liner service, which links the ports of Dakar, Lagos-Apapa, Lagos-Tincan and Abidjan with the European continent. The CMA CGM Iguacu is scheduled to arrive in Lagos on 18 December 2009.

Crowley took delivery of Sunshine State, a 331,000-barrel, double-hull oil and chemical tanker, from General Dynamics NASSCO in San Diego, Calif. for American Petroleum Tankers LLC.
