Cruise Employee Earns Advance CLIA Certification

Dana Gain, Carnival Cruise Lines’ business development director for Western Ontario, recently became the first employee in the cruise industry to earn a Cruise Counsellor Scholar (ECCS) designation from the Cruise Lines International Association, the marketing and travel agent training arm for the North American cruise industry. The ECCS designation is CLIA’s highest travel agent training accreditation, achieved by a select group of travel agents in the U.S. and Canada.
