Norwegian police announced on Friday that they arrested a Norwegian vessel with a Russian crew, on suspicion of causing damage to an optical cable in the Baltic Sea. Tromsoe police, in Tromsoe city, north of Norway said that the arrest was made at the request by Latvian authorities.
