Migration agency reports 13 dead after boat capsizes off Yemen

The International Organization for Migration said that 13 people were killed and 14 are still missing after a boat capsized near Yemen on Tuesday. IOM reported that the boat carrying 25 Ethiopians, two Yemenis and two Yemenis was sailing off the coast in Yemen's Taiz Governorate, southwest.
