Cavotec says it has supplied an integrated system of radio remote control (RRC) units for a new ferry, 'Braheborg', on the Gränna-Visingsö service. The system will operate 8 lanes of traffic lights, a road barrier and hydraulic road decks on the Swedish car ferry. Miami Harbor Dredging: GLDD Receives Further US$51.9-million
Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (GLDD), says it has received the payment from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Jacksonville District which will bring the total value of GLDD’s Miami contract up to $174.1 million. There is $31.6 million remaining to be awarded under the current plan of the Corps.
