Gulfstream Services Launches Wireless Product to UK Market
Gulfstream Services International (Gulfstream), provider of cutting edge equipment to the international oil and gas industry, is launching a world-first fully-automated wireless cement head to the UK market at Offshore Europe today. Gulfstream Services International UK (Gulfstream UK) was set up in January 2010 in Aberdeen to serve the international oil and gas industry and growing demand from customers in UK, Norway, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
MSC Chicago Charts New Waters for Durban
The 9,178 TEU MSC Chicago has become the latest vessel to take advantage of the newly deepened and widened port entrance channel in the Port of Durban, one of Africa’s busiest and largest multi-service ports. The ship is now also the biggest to date to sail into South African waters. Last week the vessel arrived on its maiden voyage to the country en route from Europe and stopped at the Ports of Cape Town, Ngqura and finally Durban.

Hyundai Heavy Industries, the world’s biggest shipbuilder and a leading marine engine manufacturer, today announced it won orders to supply HiMSEN marine engines for drillships for major offshore drilling companies including Noble Drilling Holding LLC., Diamond Offshore Drilling Ltd. Built by Richardson Devine Marine (RDM), Kilimanjaro III is the third vessel from the designer builder partnership for Coastal Fast Ferries in Tanzania, Africa.
