European and global operators of merchant ships have joined forces with seafarers’ unions to urge EU Member States to take immediate collective action to address the growing humanitarian crisis in the Mediterranean Sea. Abu Dhabi Ports informs it has enhanced moved all of Abu Dhabi’s roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) cargo to the new Khalifa Port RORO hub. The U.S. and Canadian Seaway Corporations marked the opening of the Seaway's 57th navigation season today, with the transit of the newly-built CWB Marquis through the St. Lambert Lock.
