UNHCR: Boat carrying 45 refugees capssizes off the coast of Yemen

The U.N. Refugee Agency in Yemen reported on Thursday that a boat carrying at least 45 refugees capsized on the coast of Yemen’s Taiz Wednesday night. There are only four survivors. The agency said that the boat capsized due to strong winds and overloading.
