Mexico's Pemex crude oil exports fell 37% on an annual basis in June

According to data released by the company late on Friday, crude oil exports of Mexico's energy state Pemex dropped 37% from June to June last year. Production of liquid hydrocarbons also continued to fall, reaching its lowest level this year. Pemex released its monthly statistics on Friday.

Freeport LNG, the second-largest liquefied gas exporter in the United States, has resumed shipments following a shutdown of operations due to Hurricane Beryl. The processing is on track to reach half its capacity by Monday, according preliminary LSEG figures.

According to preliminary LSEG information, the U.S.’s second largest liquefied gas exporter, Freeport LNG, has resumed shipments following a shutdown of operations in advance of Hurricane Beryl. The processing is on track to reach half its capacity by Monday.

Shipping data released on Thursday shows that the number of LNG tankers awaiting loading at Freeport LNG, Texas, has increased since last week when the U.S.'s second largest LNG exporter halted its processing in anticipation of Hurricane Beryl. Beryl hit Texas on July 8, near Matagorda.
