The Netherlands-based shipbuilder Kooiman Marine Group is building a new trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) for German Detlef Hegemann Aktiengesellschaft. The 1,500-cubic-meter dredger is designed to execute multiple types of dredging activities at specific locations.
