A Sea Smooth ferry collided with & sank the 'Lamma lV in Hong Kong waters. More than 120 passengers and crew were on the Lamma IV, owned by the Hong Kong Electric Company, heading to watch a huge National Day fireworks display in Victoria Harbour when the collision occurred just off Lamma, an island to the west of Hong Kong.
