Veson Nautical Opens New Office

Veson Nautical announced at the 23rd Asia-Pacific Petroleum Conference (APPEC) the opening of its newest location in Singapore and the addition of Jesse DiIanni, who will be leading the company’s project management team. Veson’s staff and location expansions are part of its ongoing Customer Care Program, which includes training, staff and post-implementation initiatives designed to provide enhanced support and services to its customer base.

Jesse DiIanni, Veson’s Project Manager, has an understanding of project lifecycles, customer management, and product implementations. Prior to joining Veson, Jesse was Project Manager for MFC Global Investment Systems, which is part of John Hancock. During that time, he was responsible for leading a data warehouse program that consolidated asset category information company-wide; managed projects with budgets of more than $8 million; and coordinated cross-site projects during the integration of John Hancock and Manulife. In his role as Veson’s Project Manager, Jesse will work with customers pre-and-post implementation as well as provide support to other divisions within the company as needed. He a graduate of the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

In addition increasing its project management staff, Veson Nautical has added a new geographic locale to benefit its customer base. The new Veson Nautical Corporation Representative Office is located at Level 36-01 UOB Plaza 1, Suite 36-17, 80 Raffles Place, Singapore. Directing the office will be Xiaobang Yue, an award-winning software developer who has worked at Veson for the past year and a half, and Robert Marx, who has been instrumental in training and facilitating many important customer installations. The new office will allow the company to provide 24 hour service and work closely with clients in the Asia Pacific region, including Veson’s newest customer, Thoresen Thai Agencies. Yue and Marx will support Veson Nautical customers such as Rio Tinto, The Australian Wheat Board, ConocoPhillips Singapore, and Tesoro Singapore, among others. Veson is also implementing new training and post-implementation programs for its customers. The program includes a number of elements, such as a series of Webinars and One-on-One Training Sessions to help customers utilize Veson’s IMOS in a more efficient manner.
