Following a recent routine departure from Seattle, WA, the Washington State Ferryâs (WSF) M/V WENATCHEE was steaming across Puget Sound to Bainbridge Island. when two passengers notified the Captain that they saw a woman go overboard. Immediately, he broadcast a âMan Overboardâ alert and the crew began rescue efforts. The M/V WENATCHEEâs deck crew prepared the rescue boat for immediate launch.

The Igor Belousov, currently under construction, will have two ARS-600 two-seat submersibles, designed to perform an array of functions, including search, rescue and salvage of submarines in distress.
