MSHIPCO has engaged Global Capital Markets Inc. (GCMI), a middle market M&A investment bank with global reach to advise on corporate strategic options including sale, licensing or other transactions.
As creator of the M80 Stiletto, which employs MSHIPCO’s proprietary M-hull technology, MSHIPCO’s designs have redefined naval military movement on the water, the company said. By applying creative design to physical science, its Rapid Empirical Innovation (REI) platform abbreviates traditional tow tank methods by quickly and accurately evaluating hull design concepts in open-water allowing for the development of advanced forms in a time and cost effective manner.
With more than a dozen patents, MSHIPCO said it has a history of military and commercial marine applications, including the integration of unmanned systems into marine platforms. Additional naval defense initiatives include self-turning auto pilot, littoral patrol, escort, and diver support boats. Commercial applications range from ruggedized design workboats to recreational pleasure craft.
