Hatlapa Becomes Part of Cargotec’s MacGregor
The Hatlapa shareholders have entered into an agreement with Cargotec´s MacGregor to transfer all company shares and to integrate the merchant ship and offshore deck equipment business into the MacGregor portfolio. MacGregor offers integrated cargo flow solutions for maritime transportation and offshore industries. MacGregor’s offering includes hatch covers, lashing systems, cranes, RoRo cargo and passenger access equipment and self-unloading systems.

HATLAPA and LOEWE MARINE Establish Premium Partnership
New partnership to offer cost-effective repair and maintenance services for all makes and models of steering gear and rudder systems worldwide. HATLAPA Uetersener Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and LOEWE MARINE GmbH & Co. KG will be collaborating closely in the area of steering gear and rudder system maintenance and repairs. The new partnership was announced at the SMM tradeshow in Hamburg in September.
HATLAPA adds Filters to its Product Range
Hatlapa, the OEM known for deck machinery, steering gear, compressors and flexible fleet support, has added another product range to its spare parts business. HATLAPA FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY LTD has been established as a new subsidiary business within the HATLAPA group. Based in Limassol, Cyprus the company will supply coalescers and components for oily-water separators, lube oil and fuel filtration for various brands.
