According to judicial sources, the initial examinations conducted on four of those who died when British tech tycoon Mike Lynch’s family yacht sank in Sicily last month showed that they had suffocated as the oxygen on board the vessel ran out.

A prosecutor in Italy has launched a manslaughter probe into the death of British tech magnate Mike Lynch, and six others who died when a luxury boat sank near Sicily last week. Ambrogio Cartosio is the head of the public prosecutor’s office in Termini Imerese.

UNHCR: Boat carrying 45 refugees capssizes off the coast of Yemen

The U.N. Refugee Agency in Yemen reported on Thursday that a boat carrying at least 45 refugees capsized on the coast of Yemen’s Taiz Wednesday night. There are only four survivors. The agency said that the boat capsized due to strong winds and overloading.
