The U.S. Coast Guard said it has medevaced a 40-year-old man suffering seizure-like symptoms from the motor tanker Oreon Voyager Tuesday approximately 26 miles south of Key West, Fla.
Four Rescued from Capsized Boat in Maine
The U.S. Coast Guard rescued four people Tuesday after a 14-foot skiff capsized in Deep Cove near Eastport, Maine, sending five people into the 39 degree water. A good Samaritan called 911 at about 2 p.m. to report the capsize, and said four people were in the water in need of rescue and a fifth had swam to shore. The information was relayed to the watchstanders at Coast Guard Station Eastport who immediately launched a 29-foot response boat crew to help.

Lebanon vowed to protect its maritime borders from Israeli threats, Energy Minister Cesar Abi Khalil said on Wednesday. "Lebanon will use all available methods to fend off the Israeli aggression that was announced today," he said in televised comments. Israel described as "very provocative" a Lebanese offshore oil and gas exploration tender in disputed territory on the countries' maritime border, and urged international firms not to bid.

Wärtsilä to Take a Look at Rolls-Royce's Marine Business
Finland's Wärtsilä said on Wednesday it will take a look at Rolls-Royce's loss-making marine business which the British company is reviewing for possible sale. "If we see any interesting player in the market, who would fit well to our strategy... we would definitely look at it," Wärtsilä Chief Executive Jaakko Eskola told a news conference. The two companies said in 2014 that Rolls-Royce had made an approach to take over Wärtsilä, but those talks ended without a deal.

Novatek to Launch Second Yamal LNG Line in September
Russia's largest non-state natural gas producer Novatek will launch a second line at its Yamal LNG plant in September, the RIA news agency cited the company as saying on Wednesday. Novatek owns a 50.1 percent stake in Yamal LNG. France's Total and China National Petroleum Corp each control 20 percent, while China's Silk Road Fund owns 9.9 percent. Yamal LNG started producing liquefied natural gas in December.
