Gladding-Hearn Develops Work Boat for P&O
Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding, Duclos Corporation, has announced the availability of a new work boat for developers and service providers of offshore wind farms in the United States. The first Catamaran Wind Farm Service Vessel, designed by the shipyard’s high-speed ferry designer, Incat Crowther, and built by Lyme Boats in Exeter, England, is in service on the North Sea. The all-aluminum vessel measures 17 meters overall and is powered by twin diesel engines, each delivering 750hp.

Alnmaritec’s New ‘Wave Force’
Earlier this year, the Alnmaritec Wave Handler class boat ‘Wave Force’ commenced line handling duties at a bulk carrier terminal near Dampier in Western Australia.
