Artist’s renderings of the vessel currently under construction at Piriou’s South East Asia Shipyard (SEAS) show a sleek hull. From the nearly plumb bow to the trim stern the look promises speed and claims beauty. This DP2-capable boat is 53.4-m overall with a slim 10-m beam and a middle-daft of 2.25m.
World Record-Breaking AHTS Delivered by Drydocks World
Drydocks World delivered Lewek Fulmar, the world’s first UT788 CD Multi-functional Ultra Deep Water Anchor Handling Tug, Supply and Service vessel (AHTS). The vessel was built at Drydocks World’s Singapore facility. Delayed Production Start at Njord after Gas Leak
Production on the Njord platform was shut down on April 24 as a result of operational problems with gaskets in a gas export compressor. Later the same day, during work to resume production, a gas leak was discovered in one of the risers.
