The company recently announced that it has been in discussions with various port authorities.

Other benefits the system provides include seamless real time anywhere available container identification, security alerts for tampering detection, temperature monitoring, and hazardous or explosive materials detection utilizing WiFi's "ART TAG" (Active Response Technology) and its "Trusted Tamper Seal." The innovative system will allow for tracking from the time a container is closed and loaded to its ultimate destination.

WiFi's technologies and business model have been designed for feasible economic and tactical deployment in a timely manner. Scaleable working models are currently installed and running at the company's lab in Orange County, California.

The WFSCT system is an end-to-end solution which includes all electronic devices, wireless control, monitoring and tracking communications equipment, network infrastructure and proprietary software systems, algorithms and user interfaces all of which are exclusive Wi-Fi innovations.

Eugene L. Curcio, Chairman of WiFi, said, "The WFSCT system is the marine solution for both private and commercial sectors, our goal was to create an industry standard which is in the best interest of our clients and our country. This is a significant business opportunity given the depth of this very serious issue that requires immediate attention as well noted by all popular media and major political issue of the United States."

The WFSCT Smart Chip System can communicate large amounts of data regarding the condition and location of cargo containers, at a rapid rate in the most challenging environmental conditions.

Green Lane and SAFE Port Acts are currently in the legislation process, deployment of such technologies should be mandatory and ubiquitous requirements of all ships entering the United States Ports.
