NOAA- Puget Sound Steelhead

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued its final determination finding that the Puget Sound steelhead is a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. It is a violation of federal law to take a threatened or endangered species. The rulemaking comes into effect on June 11. 72 Fed. Reg. 26722 Source: HK Law
The orderbook for U.S. dredgers is about $3B, and according to DCA CEO Bill Doyle, the incoming political administration could help this niche maritime sector continue its bull run.
