Review of Hudson Shipping (Hong Kong) Ltd. case

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued a Notice stating that the Commission has determined to review the Administrative Law Judge's decision in the proceeding involving Hudson Shipping (Hong Kong) Ltd. In that proceeding, the ALJ determined that Hudson Shipping violated the Shipping Act of 1984 on 120 occasions. A cease and desist order was issued and a civil penalty of $7,900,000 was assessed.
