ABS Nautical Systems signs Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement

Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement GmbH & Co. has signed a contract with ABS Nautical Systems to utilize multiple modules from the NS5 Enterprise software suite. The company is replacing its existing system with NS5 Enterprise because of its user-friendly features, system stability, effective customer support and robust replication and system administration mechanisms.

Nordic Hamburg plans to install NS5 Enterprise’s Maintenance Manager, Purchasing and Inventory, HSQE Manager and Document Management modules in its first phase of implementation to its fleet of 12 container vessels and bulk carriers. The implementation will also include accounts payable, purchasing accrual and third-party eProcurment interfaces providing Nordic Hamburg with an integrated system for their accounting functions.
