Rutter Names Engineering & Automation President

Rutter Inc. announced that effective July 10, 2006, Mr. Glenn Willar, P. Eng. will become the new President of Rutter Engineering & Automation Inc. Willar is a familiar face to Rutter's management and engineering personnel. He is an Electrical Engineer with 19 years of experience and has held multiple leadership positions with SEA Systems Limited (SEA) and the Systems Engineering Division of Digital Products Limited (DPL), prior to their acquisition by Rutter Inc. Mr. Willar held the positions of Chief Engineer with DPL, and Regional Manager for the Maritimes Division of SEA. Prior to accepting the position as President of Rutter Engineering and Automation Inc., Mr. Willar was President and Canadian Director of Siempelkamp Canada Inc., located in Cambridge, Ontario; the Canadian division of a German based, machine builder and automation and control systems engineering company. Preceding his term as President, he served as Senior Vice-President of Engineering and Operations for Siempelkamp Canada Inc.
