Lloyd’s Register Group Incert B.V.

The Lloyd's Register Group, through Lloyd's Register Nederlands B.V., has acquired Incert B .V., a leading professional services certification body in the Netherlands. Incert is active in the Belgium and Dutch markets and has a particular focus on the education sector. Incert will trade through the LRQA brand, the management system assessment arm of the Lloyd's Register Group. The acquisition will enable the Group to expand its business into new sectors.
