Lucci Regional Manager, Halcrow
To enhance the maritime business group’s presence in Latin America, Guillaume Lucci has been named regional manager for this region.
In his new role, Lucci will be responsible for Halcrow's maritime business development and operations throughout Mexico, Central and South America, and the Spanish-speaking Caribbean. He will act as the firm's single-point of contact for all maritime related activities in Latin America and he and his team will provide local support for the maritime business group's growing list of clients in this region.
Lucci will be able to expand Halcrow’s maritime practice in the region by building on the firm’s strong regional presence. Halcrow has operated and performed maritime projects in Latin America for over 40 years with permanent offices in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Panama and over 150 staff in the region.
Lucci joined Halcrow in 2008 as part of the acquisition of the River Consulting Ports Group that he managed since its inception in 2004. He is fluent in Spanish with a career dedicated to the port and maritime industry.
Halcrow provides consulting engineering services and development advice to government agencies, public-sector authorities and utilities, industrial and commercial firms, international funding agencies, financial institutions and private clients.
