Training & Qualifications for Crew on Passenger Ships on international voyages

The U.S. Coast Guard has made final (without change) the interim rule published on October 30, 2002, establishing requirements of training and certification for masters, certain licensed officers, and certain crewmembers on most U.S.-flag passenger vessels inspected under subchapters H, T, and K of title 46, Code of Federal Regulations and engaged on international voyages. The interim rule implemented Regulation V/3 of the STCW Convention.
