Rex Alloy Introduces Patrol/Workboat For High Seas

Maritime Activity Reports, Inc.

August 2, 1999

Designed by policemen for policemen and capable of speeds up to 70 mph, Rex Alloy's new 43 ft. (13.1 m), high speed Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) are reportedly engineered as the strongest, safest and most seaworthy. Boasting exceptional maneuverability - the vessel can turn in 1.5 boat lengths at 60 mph, the hull is BS 5083-32 aluminum, .15 stronger than standard marine grade aluminum, and the ultra-strong Hyperlon tubes are divided into seven air-tight compartments, which are easily removable should the vessel encounter any repairs.
