Corporation has named Christopher D. Kastner as vice president, contracts and risk management for the company's Ship Systems sector.
Kastner moves to this position from Northrop Grumman's
corporate office where he was director, strategic transactions, with
primary responsibility for the negotiation and execution of mergers,
acquisitions and divestitures. Previously, he held increasingly
responsible positions in financial management, contract management and
business management on the B-2, Joint STARS, and Global Hawk programs
in Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems Sector.
Kastner earned a bachelor's degree in political science from
the University of California at Santa Barbara, a master's degree in
business administration from Pepperdine University and completed an
executive management course in mergers and acquisitions at Stanford
University.
