NOAA Rules on Anchoring Prohibition at Grays Reef

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a final rule for management of the Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary (NMS) off the coast of Georgia. Under this rule, vessels will be prohibited from anchoring within the sanctuary and fishing will be restricted. The effective date of the rule will be announced later. Source: HK Law
