Cargotec division Navis has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of New Zealand-based Jade Logistics.Jade Logistics provides Master terminal operating systems (TOS) for mixed cargo terminals.With N4, Octopi and Jade Master Terminal, Navis can offer the flexibility of the right TOS for any prospective customer’s cargo requirements.
