Intoxicated Master Banished for Six Months

The US Attorney for the District of Oregon has stated that the master of a foreign vessel pleaded guilty operating a motor vessel while under the influence of alcohol. He was sentenced to one year probation, with the condition that he not return to the United States for six months without the permission of the Attorney General. Source: HK Law
