International Sales for Autoship Systems

Autoship Systems announces key international sales to leading naval architects and shipbuilders. These new installations represent Autoship Systems reputation as a CAD/CAM supplier for naval educational centers, small to medium size shipyards and offshore design firms.

New fourth quarter clients include: Corporation Pesquera Ribar, Hyundai Lifeboats of Korea, SBM-Imodco, Iran Shipbuilding of Tehran , FBM Marine Design, Stratos Boats, Boconoc Shipyard, The Royal Thai Navy Academy, and the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

The following description of Autoship System’s software will be used at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School was written by LCDR Ray Cooke of the Total Ship Systems Engineering Program: “The Total Ship Systems Engineering (TSSE) Program at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School is designed to teach Naval Officers the process of system engineer through the integrated development of a complete ship system. The Autoship software is intended to be used to facilitate the development of ship hull forms which the students may then conduct various trade studies and analyses to determine which is the most efficient and effective from a total ship system perspective.”
