Reggie Gray, the president of Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce (HICC) has joined GAC Energy and Marine Services LLC as Vice President of Business Development.

GAC Energy and Marine Services is the Houston-based oil and gas subsidiary of the GAC Group, one of the world’s largest service providers to the logistics, shipping and marine industry.

In his new role Reggie is responsible for growing new business, strategically aligning the Group’s oil and gas arm with Houston’s energy businesses and managing the relationships with international companies that require heavy export activity with the U.S. via Houston, Texas.

"Reggie has been active in the Houston area for over 20 years and we are elated to have him join our team," says GAC’s Group Vice President Americas, Lars Heisselberg. "His vision and ability to maneuver through the energy industry and achieve strong partnerships is highly valuable to our company goals and fall in line with our global vision of long term partnerships."

While serving as president of HICC, Reggie has already been responsible for numerous strategic partnerships between the chamber, Houston-based energy businesses, numerous international logistics companies and international companies looking to strengthen trade relations with Houston-based companies.
