UK Hails Next Cycle of Exploration

The UK's 25th offshore oil and gas licensing round, intended to attract exploration investments and activity across the UK continental shelf, is expected to be launched at the end of January. The Department for Business said it was undertaking a strategic environmental assessment (SEA) of areas of the UK continental shelf (UKCS).
