BP Marine has opened a new supply network in Chile offering a full lubricant supply facility at 14 ports along the Chilean coast from Puerto Montt in the South - to Iquique located further North.
Coordinating local blending of a core range of marine lubricants, the BP marine network in Latin America will operate out of Santiago de Chile, managing the supply and distribution of marine lubricants. Local stocks will be situated in strategic locations to provide for the 14 major Chilean coast ports.
According to Alberto Julio, who is managing the BP Chile operation, the network will offer a service to BP International shipping customers requiring replacement products in Chile, as well as supplying the local coastal shipping industry.
