Brown has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction sectors. He comes to UPI from Jacobs Engineering where he held the position of Global Vice President, Inside Sales and Marketing.  He was responsible for downstream, upstream, chemicals and pharmaceuticals/biotechnology business unit sales, with regional focus on North America, India and the Middle East.
