HB Rentals' Delivers For Expro

Offshore accommodation specialist HB Rentals, a Superior Energy Services company, has secured another new deal to supply a high-specification engineering cabin to Expro Group in Malaysia. HB Rentals’ regional hub in Singapore, which is undertaking a major fleet development program, delivered the 20 x 8 ft. engineering cabin to the Expro Group to provide a safe environment for technicians working on the Harvey H. Ward jack-up drilling rig.

The cabin will house data acquisition equipment, gathering well and reservoir performance and characteristics data for Talisman Malaysia as it carries out preparation work in advance of the installation of the Bunga Orkid B wellhead riser platform in the Northern Field complex of the Malaysian sector. The year-long deal follows HB Rentals’ earlier delivery of a similar A60 fire rated DNV-approved zoned and pressurized engineering cabin, outfitted as an office, for Expro in Vietnam.
