The company's Corrosion College, a two-day course of intensive instruction conducted by professionals in the field of corrosion protection, has been well-received by a variety of participants, including electrical contractors, distributors, engineers, purchasing agents and specifiers, end-users and manufacturers sales reps.
Recently, the Corrosion College was officially accredited by Kilgore College, Kilgore, Texas. Graduates will now receive 1.5 continuing education units from Kilgore College for successfully completing the Corrosion College.
Offered free of charge by Robroy, the Corrosion College features hands-on experience in a variety of applications:
· Understanding the process of corrosion
· Exploration of proven strategies for combating corrosion
· Comprehensive curriculum, including case studies, job-floor and laboratory workshops
· Interactive presentations detailing the proper installation and anti-corrosion performance of rigid metal PVC coated conduit and fittings.
Sessions are held once a month at the company's offices in Gilmer, Texas.
