Over 400 participants converged on Biloxi, Miss., to attend the annual Propeller Club Convention. When not attending excellent panel sessions, attendees were afforded southern charm and hospitality at every turn as the host Ports of Gulfport, Pascagoula and Mobile created a unique and rewarding experience for all. Award winners this year were: Maritime Person of the Year – Slade Hooks, Propeller Club Member of the Year – Frank Baptista, and the Propeller Club Port of the Year - Norfolk, VA.
