Singapore's Labroy Marine Ltd. reportedly signed a $24.8 million shipbuilding agreement with Norway's Belden Shipping Group.
The company said that Labroy Shipbuilding and Engineering Pte. Ltd. will construct a 20,200-deadweight-ton cement carrier, which will be delivered in 2007.
