Panama Canal Requests Security Condition Reports

The Panama Canal Authority issued an advisory requesting that all approaching vessels intending to transit the Canal report any condition that may affect security onboard the vessel or that of the Canal. Examples of conditions that should be reported include onboard stowaways or boarding attempts by stowaways in previous ports, threats received against the vessel, and mutiny or attempted mutiny onboard.
