Maritime Activity Reports, Inc.

March 25, 2003

Management Dynamics announced the executive-level appointments of Albert Cooke as director of sales operations and Tom Wyville as director of mid-Atlantic sales. Cooke will be responsible for assisting the company's regional sales directors in direct selling efforts as well as managing the company's indirect channel. Wyville will be responsible for selling the company's Rate Explorer solution to importers, exporters, and transportation intermediaries in the Mid-Atlantic region. Today's appointments represent the fifth and sixth hires in as many months as Management Dynamics continues to build out its sales team to deliver contract automation solutions to the global importer, exporter, and NVOCC markets. Having previously worked for Management Dynamics in the early 1990's, Cooke rejoins the company from Industri-Matematik International Corp. (IMI), where he managed the company's worldwide organization for product management and pre-sales as vice president of products and solutions. Prior to joining IMI, Cooke was a senior account executive at Adexa. Before Adexa, Cooke held sales, marketing, and product management positions with Optum and Russ Berrie & Company. Wyville comes to Management Dynamics with over 17 years of direct sales and marketing experience in the international logistics market. Most recently, Wyville was director of sales at LOG-NET, Inc., where he successfully sold solutions to a number of leading global shippers and transportation intermediaries. Prior to LOG-NET, Wyville held various sales and sales management positions with United States Lines, Strachan Shipping Company and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL America). Wyville last served as a regional sales manager for MOL, where he was responsible for all regional export sales and customer service activities in the Northeast.
