Intelsat Announces Preferred Stock Dividend

Satellite services provider Intelsat S. A. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.71875 per share, to be paid to holders of its 5.75 percent Series A Mandatory Convertible Junior Non-voting Preferred shares, in accordance with the terms of the preferred shares.

 

The dividend will be paid on February 1, 2016 to holders of record as of January 15, 2016.
