According to the Spanish oil company Cepsa, the oil tanker Hafnia Nile was loaded with naphtha from the energy park of the company in Huelva. Cepsa received a report from Hafnia, the shipowner of the vessel involved in the collision near the island Pedra Branca on the South China Sea.
