UKMTO reports that two attacks were reported northwest of Yemen’s Mokha. The vessel suffered minor damages.

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations said that on Saturday, it received a report about two attacks against a vessel at 64 nautical miles north of Yemen's Mokha. One of the attacks caused minor damage to a ship.

The captain reported that "two attacks" had taken place: first, an Uncrewed Aerial System exploded close to the vessel causing minor damage. Second, an Uncrewed Surface Vessel exploded close to the vessel causing similar damage.

The captain reported that "there were further UAS sightings" and added, "Both the vessel and crew are safe".

UKMTO had reported earlier a separate incident that took place 83 nautical mile southeast of Yemen’s Aden, late Friday. UKMTO reported that the incident is still being investigated. (Reporting and writing by Adam Makary, Muhammad Al Gebaly, Editing by Frances Kerry).
