UKMTO Flags Missile Near Vessel South of Yemen's Aden

Security information provider United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations said that the captain of a ship reported a missile striking the water in the vicinity of the vessel 52 nautical miles south from Yemen's Port of Aden.

The UKMTO cited a report of the incident and added that all crew members were safe. They are now heading to their next port.

Houthi attacks have disrupted global trade, forcing ship owners to divert vessels from the crucial Suez Canal shortcut. This has prompted retaliatory U.S.
