South Korea's KFA bought 50,000 to 65,000 T corn in private deal
The Korea Feed Association ( KFA) in South Korea acquired an approximated 50,000 to 65,000 metric lots of animal feed corn expected to be sourced from either the United States or South America in a personal deal on Monday, European traders said.
The KFA's Incheon section bought the corn from trading house CHS at an approximated $246.40 a heap cost and freight (c&& f). consisted of for arrival in South Korea around Sept. 20, traders. stated. The offer was set at 50,000 to 65,000 loads and seller has. to declare the volume to be supplied by June 30, traders stated.
If sourced from South America, delivery was in between July 23. and Aug. 11.
The KFA's Incheon area had rejected all offers and made. no purchase in a worldwide tender for as much as 68,000 tons of. corn on Friday in which the most affordable cost offered was reported to. be $248.50 a ton c&& f.
